1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using LaunchTank, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
LaunchTank provides manual submission services to help startups get listed on various directories. We submit your startup information to 100+ directories based on your selected plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your startup. You must own or have rights to all content you submit. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or illegal information.
4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely. We offer a 7 day guarantee. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds are available after 7 days from purchase.
5. Directory Approvals
While we optimize submissions for approval, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all directories as each has its own review process. We are not responsible for directory rejections.
6. Limitation of Liability
LaunchTank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
